Whilst in oxford I went around and done some perspective drawings
came across a construction site of a building and was trying to get the perspective of the bars to the building. I haven't got it right because I found it had to get all the bars onto the page and building, however you can tell what the drawing is and what happening in it.
drawing the top of buildings and getting the angles on top right.
inside of pittsriver museum of the ceiling
when drawing in perceptive remembering that what is close is bigger and further the way is smaller however knowing that the view point of it getting smaller is not always in the middle of the page.
trying to get the perceptive with loads of lines going different ways not all the same way, the ceiling.
line drawing in the Ashmolean museum, just using the line for the shapes for the stairs and cabinets, using a thin pencil show how delicate it is in the museum.
different drawings of cars from the rear, front and sides. quick drawings.found it hard getting the car drawing to look like cars, found it hard to get the proportion and making sure it equal out.
using the elipses to help with the wheels on the car and using same guideline to help with the direction of the car is facing.
looks flat to squish at the bottom
general shapes of the car
guideline of a box helpful because the car was more box shape then the other cars i drawn and adding more guideline inside help get proportion of the car.
drawing didn't work proportion all wrong
using a couple of the drawing of one car. trying to get a different perceptive of the car only using the sketches of the car and memory. using the guideline to help where the car will go and what angle i am drawing the car.
