drawings

superhero poses and every time drawing the amount of time to draw get less and less. Found that overlapping the drawings gave more movement on the page.

repeating the same pose over and over gain more confidence in the lines i was making

found it more interesting changing the equipment i was drawing with because it gave different colour on the page and also you can see which body overlap with the other.
using lines to get a weight of where she is sitting and standing. Also being able to get the proposition of the body.
guidelines for the position of the body help me to get the right angle, putting the weight on her hands. using colour instead of black make the pose more relax and it not bold.

triangle guideline because it would be easier to draw her body in a shape. Harder to get the position right had to go over a couple of time.

portrait drawings of Tara Adams

charcoal drawings, found hard to get the left side of the face down however the outcome of it come out okay, need to work on portraits more.

second portrait I just focus on getting the orange colour and charcoal on paper, getting the shading on and then added the details afterword but working on shade as well.

thought I would experiment with ink to draw a portrait however didn't go well. couldn't get proportions right and started to look at darken the shadows I could see.
quick drawings using ink. found it harder then using charcoal.
