using ink to get the shadows, hard to draw from clay, getting the shape of the face.
using wash ink was easier to show where the light and dark areas on the face and looking at the different angles of the face found angles that are easier to draw from then other but still having ago like the right draw, found that i don't like how the it came out when drawing. It is too dark and it doesn't describe the face as i want it to.

| drawing in pencil was easy because i was scribbling for the dark areas however it doesn't describe the texture of the clay which would of been good if i could draw it. |
these was quick drawing found them to show more of the expression on the face then the others. think working quick i am better at describing the expression and getting the detail i need.

| on the left drawing I started to blacken more of the shadow to see if it would be dramatic however I don't think it went well at all, I was using ink so if I wanted more of a dramatic effect I think it would be better to us pen or paint. |
